If everyone could get there for 10am on Saturday, they're looking to start the first of 3 workouts at 10:30.
When you arrive, your team will be paired with another team. They will be your judges for the 3 workouts and vice versa.
For every workout there will be a RX+ (Jonny, Dan and Rich), an RX and a scalable option. Within the team you can have athletes completing the RX option as well as the scalable option. Please ensure you are challenging yourself. If you can perform the movement safely but slowly then stick with the RX, don't scale just to get a quicker time.
