Recovery day.

For those competing in the competition this week, the workouts should be released at 2000 tonight. we'll programme them into the weekly classes, however you are more than welcome to come in during any time we're open to get them cracked or repeat a workout you think you could have done better in. It would be good if we could coordinate times as much as possible so you all do it together but appreciate that will be difficult. Fingers crossed the workouts fall in our favour!
