Our main CrossFit classes are an hour long.
We start with a warm up, then move onto working on skills or strength work.
Finally we tackle the WOD (Workout of the Day)
Classes are scalable to all levels of ability and by using constant variation we ensure your body is always being challenged.
These open sessions allow you to work on what you like; from working on a weakness to catching up on a WOD you missed or stretching and mobilising.
These classes aim to improve the technical execution of the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk)
You will increase your baseline level of strength, improve explosiveness and power through technique drills, assistance lifts and core exercises.
You don't have to be a mum to join these classes but you do have to be female.
Babies and children welcome.
These classes use functional conditioning to get you into shape, improve fitness whilst having fun!
Crossfit Kids is broad, inclusive, general fitness wrapped in FUN!
The emphasis is to make children faster, stronger, fitter and more capable, whilst doing it in a fun way so that they actually want to come back!
Our twice monthly mobility sessions will work wonders on your tired muscles and joints and improve your flexibility and performance.
