Before starting the CrossFit Classes, all new members begin their journey by completing a Fundamentals Course. This gives the coaches time to get to know you and your goals as well as teach you how to perform Gymnastics and Weightlifting movements. We use 6 x 60 minute classes to get you:

·      Performing movements safely and efficiently

·      A clearer understanding of CrossFit

·      Understand what programs we offer

·      Set you up for success!

We believe fitness should be varied, fun and done with friends. If it’s not the best hour in your day then it won’t be sustainable.
