Pairing Fitness with Fun!

 

The emphasis is to make children faster, stronger, fitter, and more capable, whilst doing it in a fun way, so that they want to do it.

 

Our Kids program is organised into the following classes:

  • Kids for kids 5 - 12 years
    Monday & Friday 16:00 - 16:45
     
  • Teens for young people aged 12 - 17 years
    Monday & Friday 16:45 - 17:30

Sessions are £5 or you can purchase 10 sessions in advance for £40. 

Payment should be made to the lead coach at the beginning of the session.
If it’s their first session, arrive 10 minutes early to complete relevant forms.
