This month's challenge involves the sandbags!  Each person will choose the weight of sandbag that they are comfortable with and then with perfect technique, they will clean the bag from the ground to their shoulder.  On each rep, you will change shoulders so you are not uneven afterwards.  The challenge is to see how many times you can clean the sandbag from the ground to your shoulder in one minute.  Your score is the total amount of weight accumulated in the minute (weight x number of reps = score).  Best of luck to everyone!
