A heads up for a change to the Saturday morning programming.
From this coming Saturday the 08:00 class will be targeted at developing aerobic endurance. This will mean that the workouts will typically be longer in duration and will have a higher aerobic training content (e.g. running, rowing, skipping, double under etc.)
This will be ideal for those athletes that are looking for accelerated fat loss and people who are training for an endurance event of some kind.
The 09:00 session will remain unchanged. The same fun and games as every Saturday!
