CrossFit Teesside will be hosting a charity WOD and BBQ at their box this Saturday 23rd June from 10am to help raise money for the Orchid Trust, a charity that helps men battle through testicular cancer. They have kindly invited all of our members to go along and get involved. It's less than a one hour drive up north and is a good opportunity to go and see and train at another box, get involved with the wider CrossFit community and help raise funds for a great charity.
