3. 'Annie'; 50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double under
Sit up

2. Strength training; "Lynne", five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull up

Note there is no time component in this section, it's all about the reps!

3. Recovery

Optional conditioning; for time:
25/21" box jump, 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps
25/21" box squat thrust, 3-6-9-12-15-18-21 reps

Clean, 1 rep (clean is from the ground, catch in the power or squat position)

Overhead squat, 1 rep

1. Warm up

2. Strength training:
Bench press, 5-5-5-3-3-3

3. As many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:
Sandbag over a bar set at shoulder height in a squat rack, 10 reps
Sit up, 10 reps

Score is total amount of weight put over the bar (kg x reps), therefore you can chose the weight and pace.

3. Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
Run, 400 m
70/50 kg deadlift, 21 reps

4. Recovery: mobility
