Weightlifting Classes

Master the Fundamentals

Learn how to perform the Snatch and Clean & Jerk with a PVC pipe; can you make 10 repetitions look identical? Only after you've mastered the PVC pipe should you move to a barbell and begin to add weight.

Build Strength & Confidence

Weightlifting is a fantastic way to increase core strength, provide a whole body workout, and increase confidence during workouts that involve barbell movements.

Kids & teens' Classes

The emphasis is to make children faster, stronger, fitter, and more capable, whilst doing it in a fun way, so that they want to do it.

Our Kids' programme is organised into the following classes:

Kids for kids 5 - 11 years

Tuesday & Thursday 16:00 - 16:45

Teens for young people aged 12 - 17 years

Tuesday & Thursday 16:45 - 17:30

Saturday 12:00 - 12:45

Sessions are £8 or you can purchase 1 or 2 sessions a week, for a full term.

Payments are made when you register for the session.
