When you complete a membership agreement certain personal information is collected, such as:- Name, Postal Address, Date of Birth, Telephone Number and Email.

Bank details are collected by our service provider and are not stored on our server or database.

The information you have provided is used solely for the purposes of administering your membership and providing you with the services you have requested. In order to better fulfil our services to you we share your data with our service provider.

As stated above, we will only disclose your information with our service provider. We will not pass your information to any other organisation, party or individual without your consent unless expressly required to do so by Law.

At CrossFit Harrogate we take seriously our requirement to protect your personal information. We ensure that the information you provide to us is kept secure and only retain the information for as long as is necessary.

You have the right to ask for a copy of, or to view, the personal information we hold about you.

In providing us with your personal details, including the completion of the Health Questionnaire, you have consented to the collection and distribution of the information as set out in this privacy policy statement.
