1. Warm Up:
5 Rounds of:
5 HSPU/Pike HSPU 
10 seconds Frog stand
Then, 3 Rounds of:
5 Pistols (each leg)
5 Supermans  

2. Strength: Bench Press 5-5-5

3. Conditioning: 
9-15-21-15-9
Squats
Toes To Bar

* At the top of every minute perform 5 Press Ups. 

4. Recovery
