1. Warm Up:
General Warm Up
Then 3 rounds of:
10 Kipping Swings
10 Second Plank
10 Press Ups

2. Conditioning: 
A chance to choose your own poison!

Option 1:
'CrossFit Bold Test'
Row 2km
Every minute that passes, get off the rower and execute 'death by burpee' protocol. This means that with each passing minute, the burpee count indreases by one rep. Continue until the 2k is complete or the burpees beat you!
