What an awesome weekend we had down at The Divided We Fall Games in Swansea! Team CFH worked fantastically well on our first ever team competition! I really can't stress how proud I was of every one of our athletes! Ash F, Carl, Annelize, Kate, Ash M, and Alex, you were brilliant! I hope that you have all been inspired by competing with some of the best athletes and teams the UK has to offer!

WOD 4 from the weekends Divided We Fall Games.... Carl & Annelize both agreed this one was pretty hard!

30 Double Unders

The athlete performs 21 bumper plate GTOH and then 7 Pull Ups and 30 DU. They then move to 18 GTOH 7 Pull Ups and 30 DU, continuing all the way down the ladder.
