1. Warm up/mobilise

2. Skills Training: Med Ball Clean

3. Conditioning: 

On the minute every minute for 10 minutes:

3 Med Ball Cleans
3 Press Ups 
Then AMRAP Double Unders in the remainder of each minute.

4. Recovery
