2. Strength Training: Find a 1 Rep Max Thruster

3. Conditioning:
‘Litvinov’
5 Rounds each for time: 
8 Front Squat 65% 1 Rep Max
200m Sprint
Rest 2 Minutes between rounds. 

4. Recovery
