For Time (20 Minute time Cap):
30 Snatches 60/42.5 (Full Squat, Power, & Split Variations OK)
NB: This Wokout is performed for time HOWEVER the twist today, if you miss a rep, you start again for zero. Think about you set up & technique before every lift, this could become a mammoth of a workout if you do not pay attention! Top Tip: Rest as necessary to make sure you make the next lift!
