3 x (2 Position Clean + 1 Jerk)

Go heavy but focus on good quality mechanics and technique, Do not fail any lifts!

3x3 Clean Pulls (85-100% of 1RM Clean)

For Quality, EMOM:
2 x Clean and Jerk (2/3 1RM)
In the remaining time each min - Hollow Rock
