1. Warm up/mobilise

2. WOD:

Team WOD, working in cannon.

3 Rounds each of:

3 Lengths Prowler 50/30
25 KB Swings 24/16
20 Box Jumps 24/20
15 Press Up

*Team members may not overtake another member if the catch them. They must wait until they move on before starting the movement.
