We have kindly been invited to join our friends down at CrossFit HG3 (http://crossfithg3.com/find-us/) for The CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.4. We will be running heats from 18:00 through to 20:00. Please show up as early as you can in order for us to organise heats and get everybody through the WOD.
If you are not taking part in the open, don't worry, this invite extends to you too! Please come along to support everyone competing, join in with the WOD yourself (scaled as appropriate to your ability), and mainly enjoy seeing a different CrossFit Box and meeting some more great people within our community! I'm excited!!

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.
Loads: 135 pounds for men / 95 pounds for women
