It was a really active weekend just gone for CFH. A good team of folk headed up to The Lakes to take part in the warrior mud run. I also headed down to Cardiff to take part in a pairs competition at European Inferno. If you are interested in future mud runs or CrossFit competitions come and chat to any of our coaching team. I know a few people that did the Warrior event are keen to do more!!
