5 x 20 sec L-sit

3. Skill

Back squat

4. Strength 2

Back squat

1-1-1-1-1-1

5. WOD

EMOTM

Add 2 reps per round and go until failure (15 min time cap)

2 x back squat (50% 1RM)

If hit failure, continue to do 10 reps per minute until time cap met.

6. Recovery
