1. 5 Hang Squat Cleans each 60/40
2. 200m Run Partner 1
3. 15 Lunges each
4. 200m Run Partner 2
5. 15 Ring Rows each

One works, one rests. 1/3/5 must be done by both partners


Endurance:
4RFT
40 Air Squats
20 Pull Ups
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/21
