Partner WOD- In 20 minutes get through as many as possible of

1- 80 T2B

2- 300 DUs

3- 1000m Row

4- 800m Run

5- 60 Power Cleans 60/40

6- 20 Wall Walks

 

Use dice to decide what movements to complete. 1 point for each completed set.

Split reps between pairs, one working at a time. Movements can be repeated
