The Crossfit games are upon us! The whole of next week will be taken up with Masters and Team competition culminating in the finals next week end. We have managed to get hold of a projector, a laptop and a bed sheet so anyone fancy coming to watch Saturday (27 July) nights offerings on the wall in the box? Bring a few tinnies and any snacks you want!

If all goes well and Sam Briggs is still in the running, we can even do the same again on the Sunday if there are enough that want to come and play.
