3. Condioning 

Partner WOD (split reps to as necessary): 

‘By The Grace of Cindy’

In 12 minutes complete 10 Rounds of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Press ups
15 Squats

Then in the remaining time:
AMRAP Ground To Over Head 60/40

Score = Total Reps GTOH
