'Chelsea'

Each min on the min for 30 min:

5 Pull Ups
10 Press Ups
15 Squats

* Usually this WOD would end if you not complete the work within th minute. However, in the name of training, if you do not complete the work within the time given, rest for the following minute and then continue in the folowing minute.

** If you do not have unassisted pullups you will be doing jumping pull ups.
