3. Strength: 3 Rounds focusing on perfect form

1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk

*Increase weight each round but do not sacrifice good form for higher load.

4. Conditioning:

AMRAP 8:
7 Burpee Box Jumps 25"/20"
7 KB Swings 24/16 

5. Recovery
