Guys, a reminder that Competition training will take part from 19:00-20:00. This session is open to everyone but those of you with your name down to compete for Divided We Fall, it would be hugely beneficial for you to attend these sessions. You should have each recieved an e-mail with the qualifying WODs and movement standards. You must be judged either by Rachael or myself for these WODs before September 21st.
