1. Warm up/mobilise

2. Strength:

8 x 2 Hang Cleans + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk.

Increase weighty each round to a max with which you can maintain good form.

3. Conditioning: 

AMRAP 7:
5 Power Cleans 80/50
8 Over bar Burpees

4. Recovery
