1. Warm up/mobilise

2. WOD:

 

Partner WOD
A) 40 Walking Lunge / 15 Goblet Squats 32/24
B) Burpees

Whilst partner 1 completes A, partner 2 performs AMRAP Burpees. When partner 1 finishes A, partners will swap over. This continues until both partners have completed A 3 times. 

 

Score = Individual number of burpees
3. Recovery
