In teams of 4
5 Rounds for time:
5 OH Squats 40/27.5
10 Burpees
15 Dead Lifts 60/42.5
20 Double Under

 *Each of the four members starts on a different exercise. Members of the team cannot rotate until each member has finished the number of repetitions that are required of them at their current station.

3. Recovery

We wish Ash farewell as he leaves us on his travels.  See you all at the Old Bell for a few farewell drinks this evening at 20:30!
