**VISIT TO CrossFit HG3 THURSDAY EVENING**
This coming Thursday evening we have been invited to make the very short trip to our neighbours at CrossFit HG3. We will be running heats through Open WOD 13.4 from 18:00-20:00.
If you are not taking part in The Open, this invite extends to you too, it is a great opportunity to cheer on your friends, make new ones, see a different CrossFit Gym, have a go at the WOD (scaled as appropriate), and enjoy the great atmosphere!!
Please could you turn up early, as this will allow for better organisation of heats. We must finish by 20:00 as the guys at HG3 have an Induction class running after.
