1. Warm up/mobilise

2. Skill Training: Push Press / Push Jerk / Split Jerk

Then 3 rounds focusing on perfect form:
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk

*Increase weight each round but do not sacrifice good form for higher load.

3. WOD

AMRAP 8:
7 Burpee Box Jumps 25”/20”
7 KB Swings 24/16 

4. Recovery
