Scaling Option 1:
3 Chest to bar Pull Ups/3 Ring Dips

Scaling Option 2:
3 Pull Ups/3 Press Ups (elbows in tight)

Scaling Option 3:
3 Ring Rows/3 Press ups from knees

*No bands, no other scaling options.
