Bench Press

3. Strength

Bench Press 3-3-3-2-2-1-1

4. Conditioning

5 Minute Partner WOD

Pick up a sandbag and throw it over a shoulder height bar. Your partner will then pick it up and throw it back

The bag must always be taken from the ground

The score will be the total weight moved for the pair (KG)

5. Recovery
