GHD Sit up

3. Strength

5 x 5 GHD Sit up

4. WOD

Buy in:

3 minutes of DU/SU’s

Rest 1 minute

Then:

Chipper in two teams, each team member must complete 4 rounds each:

40 yrd Sled Drag (40kg)

15 V-sits

Losing team completes 20 burpees, then

Cash out:

20m Piggyback Carry Relay

Losing team completes 10 burpees
