10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Bench Press (BW)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlift (1.5 x BW)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Clean (75% BW)

Three athletes are working at one time with one athlete spotting the bench press. All four members will rotate through the three movements before starting on the next round. No one on the team may start the round of 9 until everyone has completed the round of 10.
