4. Conditioning

Varsity Final WOD - Jan 2014
Minute 1 - 1 Hang power snatch (50/30) and 2 bar jump burpee
Minute 2 - 2 Hang Power snatch (50/30) and 4 bar jump burpee
Minute 3 - 3 Hang Power snatch (50/30) and 6 bar jump burpee
etc - until failure
5. Recovery
