1. Warm-up / mobilise

Rowing Technique

3. WOD

 

Teams of 3 (or 4 if needs be) 
Set 3900 on the rower (or 5200 for 4 athletes)
Each athlete can complete 20 pulls max before they MUST change and hand onto another athlete.
 Athletes keep alternating through the WOD. The time taken to complete the 3900m is captured.

 

4. Recovery
