Hang Squat Clean

3. WOD

In Teams of 4

a) in 15 Minutes Row a total of 3000M

The remainder of the 15 Mins can be spent resting - Time to complete the 3k row will be captured

Then

15 minutes to find a 1RM Hang Squat Clean for each team member

The score will be the combined total for all team members
