Strength: Gymnastics Focus Week 3
Progressions to build confidence in the transition phase of the movement.

If you have Ring Muscle Ups then work on Strict movement.
Then begin to go weighted using a medball.

12 Ring Muscle Ups (Bar = Scaled)
