Can you kick up?
Can you hold yourself for 30 seconds?
Can you control yourself to floor?
Can you press yourself back up?
Can you perform kipping HSPU?
Can you hold it freestanding?
Can you walk on your hands?
Can you perform a free standing HSPU?
The last three questions are the ones almost none of us can do, but with the right progressions, the first 5 are achievable for many! This is what we will be working on.
