Warm Up

 

Endurance:

EMOM 25
1- 10 Burpees
2- 10 Plate GTOH 20/15
3- 10 Jumping Lunges
4- 10 Wall Balls 20/14
5- 10 DB Strict Press 15/10

Every 5 minutes reps increase by 2.
Last round = 18 reps of each.
If you don't complete the set amount of reps you go back to 10 reps each minute.

 

Partner WOD:

15.1
AMRAP 9 minutes:
15 Toes-to-Bar
10 Deadlifts (115/75)
5 Snatches (115/75)

15.1a
In 6 minutes, establish a 1 RM Clean & Jerk.

2 Minutes rest

Partner A completes 15.1, then Partner B completes 15.1a
Partner B then gets two minutes rest before starting 15.1, with Partner A completing 15.1a afterwards.
