Goblet Squats 24/16

Press ups on KB (2 KBs needed)

Goblet Lunges 24/16

 

1 person working at a time, pairs choose when to change over

Burpees= 2 points

Goblet Squats = 1 point

Press ups = 1 point

Goblet Lunges both Legs = 1 point
