Skill of the Month: Press Up

The aim of the next 5 weeks will be to improve Pressing strength.

Increased pressing strength means exercises like HSPU, Strict Press, Press Ups, Bench Press, Ring Dips will become stronger.

We'll be testing max press ups in the first session, with a retest in week 5!
