With a running clock,
In the first minute complete (for max weight)
3 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
At the start of the second minute:
Row 2000m at a Stroke Rate of 24 or less
If 25+ is reached, 3 hang power cleans must be completed.
You can then return to the rower.
Scores will be the weight of the barbell and time finishing the row, this will include the first minute of the barbell complex.
Recovery: Quad Stretch
