200m Run Together
20 Squats
4 Burpees

1- Sandbag 15kg
2- Nothing
3- Medball 10lbs
4- Sandbag 22.5
5- Nothing
6- Medball 20lbs

Roll the dice before each round, pairs must run with what they roll and also perform the squats with it.

Roll a second time to find out how many burpees you're doing, number multiplied by 4.
