1. Warm up/mobilise

2. Skill: Double KB Thruster

3. WOD:

In teams of 3, AMRAP 20:
10 KB Thruster 2x24/2x16
10 Box Jumps 24/20

Reps can be split however you want but only one person working on the AMRAP at a time. One team member must be running 200m at all times.

 4. Recovery
