1. Warm up

 

2. Skill

Pull ups and progressions. Those that Have Pull ups can work to a 2 rep max weighted pull up

 

3. WOD

7 RFT

3 Wall Walks

6 Deadlifts (100/75)

9 Pull up

24 DU

( DUs to SUs 2:1 ration BUT all athletes must attempt at least 5 DUs per round)

 

Recovery

Recommend calf stretching either banded or against an upright.
